REBITCH is collaborating with Norun Logistics to facilitate global shipping for maritime products.

If your address is incorrect or we are unable to receive a response from the recipient, Norun Logistics has the authority to return or discard your package. Please ensure that your address and phone number are accurate.

All addresses must be written in English (excluding Hong Kong and Taiwan regions). We do not take responsibility for packaging errors due to incorrect information.

Delivery is estimated to take 7-15 working days (these are just anticipated dates based on regular delivery, please note that transportation delays may occur due to shipping company circumstances, unforeseen accidents, or weather conditions).

Orders over $500 are eligible for free shipping. For other orders, there is a $35 shipping fee.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number.

Before confirming your order, please double-check the items, sizes, and delivery information. After placing an order, we will send you a receipt confirming the purchase details. If you wish to change your delivery address after shipment, additional fees may apply.

We hope you are delighted with your REBITCH order, but if you are not entirely satisfied and wish to make a return, please read our return and exchange policy below.

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order from the REBITCH online store, starting from the first day your purchase arrives.

All refunds will be issued to the PayPal account used for the original purchase upon receiving the returned items at the Rib warehouse. You will be notified via email once the reimbursement has been processed.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund any taxes, customs fees, or return shipping costs. (All return/exchange costs are the responsibility of the buyer.)

*Before deciding to return, please note that we only accept returns of REBITCH purchases that are in new, unused, and sellable condition, with all security tags and labels intact, and show no signs of wear in the original packaging. (All original tags must still be intact on the clothing. Note that makeup or perfume may accidentally transfer, and be cautious of sharp items like jewelry that may snag or tear fabric.)

We do not accept damaged, worn, washed, unpackaged, or unmarked items.

If it is in a condition different from what we sent, we can send it back to you, and you will be responsible for the disposal fee.

(These include when we find any hair, makeup traces, or suspicious traces of perfume, as well as when the product is not packaged in our packaging box.)

  • If you encounter any issues with the received product, please take photos or videos immediately upon unpacking and notify us. We regret that we may refuse refunds/exchanges beyond the specified time.

  • If you want to return or exchange, please notify us first. (Do not return or exchange in advance.)

  • We reserve the right to refuse any returned products that do not comply with the above return policy. Rejected items will be discarded with a partial refund.

  • We cover all logistics for items sent in error or with product issues.
