Return & Refund Policy (REBITCH)
At REBITCH, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with every purchase. To protect customer interests and ensure product hygiene, please review our return and refund policy carefully:
1. Order Confirmation & Shipping

You have 24 hours after placing your order to contact customer service for any changes or cancellations.

If no request is made within 24 hours, your order will be processed and shipped automatically.

Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.
2. ❌ Non-Returnable Cases
Due to the personal nature and hygiene standards of our products, we do not accept returns under the following circumstances:

Returns based on personal preferences (e.g., “changed my mind,” “don’t like how it looks/fits,” or “not what I expected”)

Returns due to wrong size selection or failure to read the product description

Return requests made more than 7 days after delivery

Products that have been worn, tried on, washed, or show visible signs of use

Intentional or accidental damage caused by improper handling, tearing, alterations, etc.
3. ✅ Accepted Return Situations
We only accept return/refund requests under the following conditions:

The item has serious quality issues or manufacturing defects (photo/video evidence required)

We sent the wrong item or size (must be unworn and in original packaging)

The parcel is lost in transit (must be confirmed by the logistics provider)
4. 📝 Return Process

All return requests must be submitted to customer service and approved before sending anything back

Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee (unless it’s a product issue)

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
5. Shipping & Fee
- For defective or incorrect items, REBITCH will cover return shipping, but photos/videos are required for proof
- Original shipping fees, taxes, and duties are non-refundable
6. International Orders 🌍

We accept international returns only in cases of product defects or issues

All addresses (except Hong Kong and Taiwan) must be written in English

We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or unreachable recipients

International delivery typically takes 7–15 business days, but may vary due to customs, weather, or carrier delays

Once the order has shipped, address changes may be difficult or incur additional fees

Returns must be made in the original REBITCH packaging to qualify for inspection and refund

We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet our policy. Rejected items may be discarded or returned at your cost
