Ankle:
- Measure the narrowest part of your ankle—just above the ankle bone.
- This is the most important measurement for compression fit.
Calf:
- Measure around the fullest part of your calf.
- Keep the tape straight and snug, but not tight.
Thigh:
- Measure around the widest part of your upper thigh.
- Stand naturally and relax your muscles.
💡 Measure in the morning before any swelling occurs for the most accurate fit.
Choosing the right size ensures comfort and the best shaping effect. Please don’t size down—too small won’t work.
