How to Measure for Compression Legwear
Ankle:
- Measure the narrowest part of your ankle—just above the ankle bone.
- This is the most important measurement for compression fit.

Calf:
- Measure around the fullest part of your calf.
- Keep the tape straight and snug, but not tight.

Thigh:
- Measure around the widest part of your upper thigh.
- Stand naturally and relax your muscles.
